Plan Description

Fashioned with barn-like styling, this three-car garage plan is the perfect complement to any country home. Designed for storage of three cars the floor plan offers 804 square feet of unfinished parking area on the main level. A T-stair directs traffic to the second floor where you will find a 594 square foot loft to use any way you wish. Sunny windows fill the space with natural light and with a little imagination, it could easily serve as a game or hobby room with a small office or computer center tucked in the corner on the right. Designed for the way today’s families live, this garage plan with loft offers function, personality and charm.

	CAD File Complete construction drawing (excludes commercial plans) in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. You must have CAD software to open a CAD file. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.	$1,200.00
	PDF File (Best Value) Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.	$750.00
